Day 31

Dear Winter,
I have some great news for you - i got you and autumn cruise tickets to the Bahamas on an excellent ship called the titanic! I'm sure you'll love it there, and the folks over there will be so happy to see you! Now don't go thinking I'm trying to get rid of you, quite the opposite! I've loved our time together these past many, many months, but I wouldn't want to encroach upon you or ask you to stay.
you see, today is technically the first day of spring. I know that she's been impatient and keeps trying to sneak in early, but you have to forgive poor Spring. She's such a weak season, always crying - not like you at all with your powerful storms and intense cold. I'll do my best to humor her too - wear shorts and flip flops and play her silly little outdoor games - but know that despite my outward affection, in my heart you're the only season for me.
